1) We at Morgan Automotive Repair would like you to have the best possible repair. It is our desire to provide this to you with an assurance that the workmanship shall be warranted for as long as you own your vehicle listed on the final repair bill.

2) Morgan Automotive Repair provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defective workmanship for all mechanical repairs performed. The Shop will at its sole discretion repair any mechanical failures due to workmanship warranted hereby.

3) Parts or materials used will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the warranty of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim made under the supplier’s warranty. Used or aftermarket parts may be utilized unless specifically authorized by the consumer.

4) Any mechanical repair covered by this warranty shall be redone at our expense, or at our option, a refund or adjustment of the purchase price for that portion of the work in question.

5) Any failure due to lack of maintenance or from normal wear and tear are excluded from this warranty.

6) This document, which is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between Customer and Morgan Automotive Repair and contains all the representations of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade.

This warranty shall only be honored at a Morgan Automotive Repair facility.
