1) We at Certified Collision Center would like you to have the best possible repair. It is our desire to provide this to you with an assurance that the workmanship shall be warranted for as long as you own your vehicle listed on the final repair bill.

2) Certified Collision Center provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defective workmanship for all metalwork to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs. The Shop will at its sole discretion, repair any metalwork warranted hereby.

3) Certified Collision Center provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all paint work against solvent blistering, peeling and hazing. This Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the application and adhesion of decorative stripes, decals and moldings. Defects caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle maybe exposed, normal wear and tear or sudden and accidental loss after the repair are excluded from this warranty.

4) Parts or materials used will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the warranty of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim made under the supplier’s warranty. Used or aftermarket parts will not be utilized unless specifically authorized by the consumer and or insurance company involved with the repair.

5) Any body or paint work covered by this warranty shall be redone at our expense, or at our option, a refund or adjustment of the purchase price for that portion of the work in question.

6) Rust repairs are not covered by this or any other warranty stated or implied.

7) Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, vandalism damage, or from normal wear and tear are excluded from this warranty.

8) This document, which is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between Customer and Certified Collision Center and contains all the representations of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade.

This warranty shall only be honored at a Certified Collision Center facility.
